I uploaded a story last week, as I thought the photos would upload in the order I arranged them in I included picture numbers with captions of Who, what, where, when, why etc. I've tried a number of times to edit the story to ammend details as the photo numbers I described in description do not correspond to the demotix numbering. When I try to save changes it just times out after maybe 20mins of the please wait message. How do I edit my story is there somebody I can email details of update to? I used the contact form on the site to ask some questions a number of weeks back with no reply as yet, any ideas would be appreciated.

Sorry we've taken so long to get back to you. You should be able to arrange them on the website under the Edit tab and just drag and drop pictures around.
If you're still having problems, please email me and let me know the details and url of the story and I'll see if I can do it from my end.
