FTP dosn't work correctyly ! Please FIX IT!

Hi

FTP upload dosn't work from 2 days! I can't login to my account on FTP serwer. I'm typing correct username and password from my dashboard but , there is command 530- "Login inncorect" when I'm trying to login by the FTP client.

Please fix it!

Have you sent a note to supportdemotixcom?

I have had issues after editing my profile, when the FTP password was inadvertently deleted, disabling FTP access.

Try editing your password in your profile and maybe that will fix it.

Thanks Victor, but I have tried this. I'm typing in my dashboard correct password, then saving this and typing the same password in FTP client, but still I get "Login incorrect".

It's 3rd day it dosn't work.

We are aware of the FTP issues subset of our users are having and are working on a solution. I will update this thread once the problem has been fixed.

It centers around the FTP password not being saved correctly.

This has now been fixed. If you had problems with FTP, please re-set your upload code and try again.

Also please confirm in this thread that this fix has worked for you.
