FTP upload doesn't work - AGAIN

Hi!

FTP upload doesn't work correctly again! I can upload pictures but it takes more than 24 hours until uploaded pictures are visible in my dashboard to make a story with!

I wrote an e-mail to support on sunday but they pissed me off, it still doesn't work!

FIX IT! please...

I too noticed today that uploaded photos by ftp were not visible in my dashboard after waiting for half an hour, or more. To solve this, I re-uploaded the photos directly to the dashboard, via the dashboard up-loader, and compiled my story.

I have done the same, bt it's not comfortable for me. I prefer FTP upload.

Hi guys, the tech team let me know that there was an issue with FTP overnight but that it should now be fixed. Sorry that it's slowed you down.

Hi there,

I've been getting an upload error message since last night when I try to directly upload. Just wondering has anybody else been getting this and will it be fixed?
Message is as follows:

Demotix.com says:
An upload error has occured. The technical team has been informed (type: IO, info: Error #2038). Please insure your version of Flash is up to date.

There were no such problems in uploading just 24 hours beforehand. Any help would be appreciated!
