press Pass request

There are a number of forum posts on the subject in the Community section.
They reveal that there is often an annoying delay in getting press passes dispatched to members, probably because Demotix seems to have its hands full at the moment

how i can get the press pass of Demotix....?

The reason for addressing you is about the renewal of my press pass number #649007, The payment via paypal was made 19/03/2012. There have been some problems with it? is being processed?

Please think about the rule, that the profile picture of a member requesting a Demotix Press Pass must be the same like this, which will be used for the Press Pass. I´m not convinced, that You need a Demotix Press Pass (what is this thread about), almost not with the picture, You´re showing here about Yourself.

I paid for a Press Pass on the 5th of March 2012 ans have not yet recieved it. Despite several emails and assurances that it had been sent and they would send a replacement, to date NOTHING has arrived and my latest emails have yet to be answered. Very poor show IMO..
