Chinese farmers arrive at the famous livestock market in Kashgar, the market is notorious for the diversity of animals available and attracts buyers from all over China. Animals are subjected to poor conditions whilst at the market as well as during transportation to and from the market. Kashgar, China. 08/10/09. As China's reputation isn't brilliant regarding human rights there's no surprise the standards are no better for cows, sheep, and camels on sale in the weekly livestock market in Kashgar, Xinjiang province (China). Animals are literally thrown out of big trucks and hanged next to each other in the mud while buyers are busy making business on their skin. Raw and rare images of sadism and brutality are seen in this place especially for the sheep if they make too much noise or try to run away. Many farmers bring their young sons in order let them learn the drill. Very few of the Uyghurs speak Mandarin Chinese nor do they see anything wrong in keeping their animals in enslavement.
