Wais, as of this afternoon the UDD has called off their rally for Sunday 30th. There is talk about it being held on September 5th. I will keep this news updated as soon as I know more. Meanwhile it looks like the Internal Security Act (ISA) will remain in place until Tuesday 1st September. (The ISA only covers a small area of Bangkok, specifically Dusit.)
