Greetings to you all, I run The Future Voice Program in Kabul. As part of this I have established an independent Press Club to offer support, training and welfare for freelancers and journo's in the country. My work is supported by Andy Heath here on Demotix. I am based in the UK.

Vote counting is now underway

Vote counting is now underway in most provinces. The election process will be disputed for days to come. Allegations of ballot stuffing, selective closing of voting centers (mainly in the south) and fake ink distribution by 'independent' election monitors.
