A home industry named 'Dalang Collection' has for three years been using plastic trash as a main material for producing its products. Recycled materials enables the business to create things such as handbags and  umbrellas. Pekanbaru, Indonesia. 23/2/2010.

A home industry named 'Dalang Collection' has been three years using plastic trash as a main matterial for their products.24/2/2010.

People might think that trash is useless, but this small industry is still survive since 2007. Dalang Collection now hire 33 employee, many of them are full time mother and garbage collectors. And they using approximately 250 kilogram plastic trash a month for making creative goddies such as wallet, umbrella, bag, and dress.

With the motto 3R (reduce, reuse and recycle), this home industry not only making money and field job for the society. They also spur the sense of awareness to the environment that recycling thrash has a value on its own.

Dalang, which in Bahasa Indonesia mean activator, is not only a brand. But it's a driving force to make world a batter place.
