ACPO Judicial Review challenges domestic extremist database

Eighty-seven year old artist and protester John Catt has been labelled a domestic extremist since 2005. He has had over 80 entries recorded in the National Public Order Intelligence Unit intelligence database, with regards to his activities.

The domestic extremist database is run by the discredited National Public Order Intelligence Unit (NPOIU), under the command of ACPO and/or the Metropolitan Police. John and his daughter Linda who have been surveyed (right) want their data expunged.

Eighty-seven year old John who has brought the case against ACPO likes to draw the protests he attends. As a result of his democratic actions he has been labelled a domestic extremist by the police along with his daughter.
