Climate change set to exacerbate landslide threat in Vietnam

Media Summary

Landslides are a common occurence in northern Vietnam, caused by heavy rainfall and deforestation in mountain areas. August and September 2011 saw over 35 landslides. But experts say climate change will exacerbate the problem.
