There are ongoing disruptions along theRed Luas line in Dublin City Centre due to works at Queen Street following a fire over the weekend. Services have temporarily ceased to operate at the Smithfield and Four Courts Luas stops as Red Line services are only operating between Tallaght/Saggart and the Heuston Station stop.

The fire took place at a building on Queen Street on Saturday morning and has necessitated the switching off of the power to overhead lines in the affected area. The switching off of power lines is necessary as buildings in the vicinity of Queen Street need to be protected or demolished.
