Dyke March London returns after 25 years

Hundreds of lesbians gathered in London for the first London Dyke March in twenty five years. Speakers spoke on a range of issues affecting women and lesbians in Soho Square before marching through London and across the River Thames. Speakers included Chinese Lesbian activist Shi Tou, Clare Dimyon the Lesbian Campaigner who was awarded the first MBE for Lesbian services and organiser Emilie Holdaway. The marchers were greeted with cheers as they marched first through Soho then down past Trafalgar Square and over the River Thames to the South Bank.
