Dominique Strauss-Kahn arrives in Kiev to give a public lecture
Former Director of the International Monetary Fund Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn made a public lecture on the subject of future changes in the global economy, and their implications for Europe and Ukraine.
Within the project "Public Lectures" Victor Pinchuk Foundation, one of the richest men in Ukraine according to "Forbes", invites to Ukraine internationally renowned economists, politicians and public figures to discuss the current challenges faced by Ukraine and the world.
Earlier lectures were given by a professor of international economics at Johns Hopkins University Dr. Francis Fukuyama, Dr. Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Peace Prize in 2006, James Wolfensohn, 9th President of the World Bank, Colin Powell, the 65th U.S. Secretary of State, EU High Representative for foreign and Security Policy (1999-2009) and Secretary General of NATO (1995-1999), Javier Solana, the former vice-chancellor of Germany, Joschka Fischer, the 42nd U.S. President William Jefferson Clinton, President of Israel Shimon Peres, former Prime Minister of Great Britain Tony Blair and others
