A pensioner pharmacist shot himself in Syntagma Square just in front of the Greek Parliament blaming the economic crisis and austerity measures. People gathered to pay their respects.
A pensioner pharmacist shot himself in Syntagma Square just in front of the Greek Parliament blaiming the economic crisis and the austerity measures. People gathered to pay their respects.
According to the police, a suicide note was found in his pocket where the elder man blamed politicians and the "occupiers" of Greece who imposed austerity measures for pushing him to suicide.
