Tensions rise again in Northern Kosovo - Mitrovica

After the incident happened in July last year that killed a special police officer in Kosovo during the Kosovo government attempted to seize power throughout its territory and imposing reciprocity, tensions and killings get back again in Northern Kosovo precisely in North Mitrovica, where on 08 April 2012 after setting a bomb in his apartment window that is suspected that was made by an Serbian extremist, an Albanian man was killed and seriously injured two children and his wife who are currently recovering in hospital in critical condition! On the other side citizens of the southern half that today gathered at the main bridge over the Ibar River were barred by police forces to protest because their safety was risked by any other potential attack that could come from the north side! Once again the citizens revolted against the police by suggesting her to maintain law and order in the northern part of Mitrovica and to protect Albanian citizens that are being faced with numerous threats by Serb extremists!
Kosovo Government severely condemned the move calling it a terrorist act that could destabilize northern part of Kosovo
and government again invited citizens to maintain their silence at this critical moment in which can be caused major damage that would threaten European future of Kosovo! Quiet citizens were distributed by the main bridge of the Ibar however very disappointed with EULEX and Kosovo police, who according to them are not doing anything about this part of Kosovo which even 12 years after the war is almost a constant conflict !
