Acting secretary-general of BNP Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir made the announcement at a media call at the Naya Paltan main office before Sunday's lockdown was to end. "Monday's hartal will also be a 6am-to-6pm one like Sunday," he said.
Ilias Ali, also the chief of Sylhet district chapter, went missing since in the early hours on Wednesday. Police recovered his car with doors open, from a street in Amtoli, Mohakhali, Dhaka.
There was not much traffic seen in the street in Dhaka. Most of the street was empty. Except some local transportation, the total transportation service was broken with Dhaka
