On May Day a secondary alternative demonstration against budget cuts, labour reforms, and corrupt politicians was held. This demonstration has had no support from the official parties, or labor unions.

During May 1st 2012 there has been an alternative demonstration against budget cuts, labour reforms and corrupt politicians. This demonstration has had no support from the official parties, only small groups of mostly progressive and anarchist ideology organized it. About 8000 people attended this demonstration.
During the demonstration very radical speeches have been held, insisting basically in the badness of capitalism, the banking institutes, the police and politicians. Even an american Occupy Oakland member and former trade union officer, called Jack Heyman, has been invited to held a speech a the end of the event.
