Animal rights protesters today demonstrated outside the Italian Embassy in London to raise awareness about Green Hill 2001. Green Hill 2001 is a company located in Montichiari (Brescia), which breeds beagle dogs for vivisection labs. From this farm, more than 250 dogs each month are sent to research centres across Europe. In five sheds of this breeding farm are housed as many as 2500 adults dogs and numerous litters making it Europe's big biggest dog breeder for vivisection. The dogs of Greenhill are just some of the 12 million animal victims sacrificed yearly in European animal testing labs.
