Activists from the Arizona Dream Act coalition demonstrate outside Immigration and Customs Enforcement offices in Phoenix. The group is calling on the Obama administration to get the bill passed.
The Dream Act, recently voted down in congress, would allow children brought into the United States without documentation at a very young age, to go to college and eventually become citizens of the United States.
The group was led by Dulce Matuz. Ms. Matuz was recently named one of Time Magazine's "100 Most Influential People in the World".
