Solar eclipse view-able despite cloudy weather - Manila

People in parts of Asia and the US are treated to a rare sight as the moon passes infront of the sun blocking most of its light and creating a ring-like effect. Despite cloudy weather, the phenomenon was view-able for a brief moment in Metro Manila.
