The partial annular solar eclipse is seen in the very early hours of the morning in the Philippines. A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby totally or partially obscuring the image of the Sun.

These photographs were taken at around 5: 30 to 6:10 yesterday morning (Manila Time) in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines. These are pictures of yesterday’s partial annular solar eclipse that happened during the early morning hours here in Metro Manila, Philippines. Today is May 22 here in my country. The sky was somehow cloudy yesterday morning when the said solar eclipse was taking place here in Metropolitan Manila. Muntinlupa is a prime city located in the southern part of Metro Manila. My friends and I waited for the partial solar eclipse yesterday morning to take photos of it. The said solar eclipse was seen here in the Philippines at around 5:20 to 6: 25 a.m. yesterday. Sky-watchers from my neighborhood waited for the said eclipse yesterday morning. The eclipse was an awesome sight to see.
