Throwing of rose petals at Pantheon during Pentecost Mass - Rome

At the end of the Pentecost Mass, thousands of red rose petals are dropped by a team of firemen from the open oculus of the Pantheon in commemoration of the descent of the Holy Ghost. The ritual is approximately 2,000 years old.
