Renowned American photographer Stanley Greene visits Tbilisi during the third Tbilisi Photo Festival.

Tbilisi Photo Festival is held as part of European Week in Tbilisi 2012 organized by Europe House Georgia and Tbilisi’s Photography House.

As it is mentioned in press release, the Festival aims to showcase the best of world photography, with renowned photographer Stanley Greene as this year’s honored guest, and to make a name for itself as a central meeting point of photography from a variety of different worlds: Asia, Iran, Turkey, Europe, Russia and the Arab world, right here in the Caucasus.

During the festival in Georgian National Museum Auditorium was organized a meeting with Stanley Greene with discussion and slideshow of his best photographs. In the National Gallery of Georgia also was organized exhibition of his works called On the Road to Chechnya.
