Performance protest against vivisection shocks the public - Rome

An activist of "Occupy Green Hill" has given her body to the most common cosmetic experiments performed on guinea pigs, by taking part in a staged vivisection in a shop window.
Irritating creams on exposed skin, bloody test for resistance of the eyes, and finally the administration of lethal substances: a scene from a movie already seen a few months ago behind a window of a London shop, but this time the set is set in Rome in the center. We are in Via del Gambero Lush store specializing in the sale of products not tested on animals. This is not a film sequence but unprecedented grassroots campaign in Italy: a simulation to raise awareness on the burning issue of vivisection.
