The annual Monmouthshire Show is the biggest one-day event of its type in Wales and attracts thousands of people. Now well established on its new showground home on the Redbrook road set in the stunning Wye Valley, overlooking the river. This all day event has a variety of events ranging from The Dog show, Show Jumping and Pig racing to the food tents, beer tents, handicraft and various other stalls.
Thousands of visitors and exhibitors have gathered on the show ground this year making it another successful year. The sun was out all day and the temperature has been moderately high making this an ideal event to visit. This is a widely supported event by local businesses and communities, and also supported by agricultural groups from far across the British Isles travel all the way to Monmouth for the show.
The atmosphere on the show ground was electric and visitors were having a great time, the food tent was packed out with long queues to sample some of the best Welsh and British produce.
