Carnaval is Jember Fashion Icon Indonesia's theme "EXTREMAGINATION" with inspiration from International Culture and Global phenomena presented in the Opening procession Rome Empire.

Jember fashion Carnaval (JFC) XI followed by around 600 participants with a ten-march, the Rome Empire, Madurese, Oceanarium, Persian, Orchidaceae, Savana, Mushroom, Dragon, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Planet Heredity with 3.6 km long runway.
