Students are upset after hearing NCAA Penn State sanctions

Students appear upset after the NCAA Penn State sanctions announcement at the HUB-Robeson Center. All of the football teams honors from 1998-2011 have been vacated and the school has received $60 million in fines along with a drop in scholarships.
