Police Officers from PSNI keep two separate groups of protesters under control as the Apprentice Boys of Derry parade passes off peacefully. Around 30 ABOD members marched in silence past the protesters, who also remained silent.
On arrival at Woodvale Road/Twaddell Avenue, a crowd of around 100 loyalists cheered, applauded and sang loyalist songs.
Each of the protest groups numbered around 40 people. It was estimated that between 200 and 300 PSNI officers were in attendance or on standby at the scene.
After the incident, a small group of protesters caused a disturbance by arguing with the police and failed to disperse. There were 3 arrests.
