Culture ministers from 37 countries have gathered in the Scottish Parliament for the Edinburgh International Culture Summit.

They were welcomed by Tricia Marwick, the Parliament’s Presiding Officer, and Scottish and UK culture ministers Fiona Hyslop and Ed Vaizey, at the start of a two day programme of discussion and debate.
