Ketupat identical with the special Eid dishes. For some people, this tradition used to earn a fortune by selling coconut leaf (janur) and empty ketupat packs. Ketupat, is one of the traditional food and taste better too special, when presented in the Eid day. The Javanese people would know this type of food, which in Javanese called "ketupat". Ketupat is a food made from rice and put in a empty coconut leaf packs shaped pouch, then steamed and eaten as a substitute for rice.
Ketupat sellers last up to two weeks before and after Eid. About the price, they sell at a price affordable enough, ie Rp 4,000-7,500 per bundle. One bundled contents range 5-10 depending on the model which buyers desired.
