Leader and founder of "La Resistencia" Cartel arrested in Mexico
Arrested in Metepec by Mexico´s Federal Police, Ramiro Pozos Gonzalez aka El Molca, considered leader and founder of the cartel known as La Resistencia (The Resistance), show cynical attitude when it is presented for press after his capture.
Police intelligence reports indicated that Pozos Gonzalez started his criminal activities as a member of the extinct Millennium Cartel, an organization headed by brothers Valencia, with whom he had a close relationship.
Pozos Gonzalez he came to know Osiel Cardenas Guillen, Juan Jose Esparragoza Moreno, "The Blue" Arturo Beltran Leyva, "El Barbas", and Ignacio Coronel Villarreal, "Nacho Coronel", who had sent him to kill. (famous Mexican traffickers)

While the other side called itself New Generation Jalisco Cartel (CJNG), headed by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, "The Mencho".
He explained that in September 2011 Resistance formed an alliance with the criminal organization Los Zetas to increase its power of operation and maintain a front against the New Generation Jalisco Cartel. Pozos Gonzalez was arrested in the town of Metepec, State of Mexico, and has two arrest warrants related to organized crime in this state and in Jalisco.
