Virginia Beach Mayor Will Sessoms gave gold medalist Gabby Douglas a key to the city at a public ceremony in Virginia Beach during the Neptune Festival. Sessoms also presented Gabby a Pandora's bracelet.

This past summer Gabby Douglas captured two Olympic gold medals. Gabby won gold medals in both the individual and team all-around competitions in dedication to the U.S. and her community. On September 28, 2012 Gabby was given a Pandor's bracelet and a key to the City of Virginia Beach before hundreds of fans as a token of appreciation for her monumental achievement.
