Leading bull rider faces injury at National College Rodeo Finals
Canadian National College Rodeo Finals bull riding leader Armando Davilla, faced injury after he ended up under the bull, still attached to the animal, after being bucked off. Davila of Mexico lead the competition up until that time.
Saturday Night at The Canadian National College Rodeo Finals competition at the Edmonton Expo Centre tonight Bull riding Leader Armando Davilla, started his ride out of Chute 1, as the bull came around Amando was thrown, However, his right leg got caught up in the rigging and he ended up under the Bull while it was still bucking.
The Rodeo Clowns attmepted to divert the bull's attention but not before Armando got caught under the bull. Armando was out on the ground for several minutes while medical crews tended to him and in True cowboy fashion his competitors came out to help if needed.
After a few minutes Armando left the ring on his own but will be taken to hospital for an MRI to insure there are no unseen injuries, Armando from Mexico, was the leading competitor in the Bull riding champioships after 2 days.
