Airport Delays and Cancellations in the UK

For a second day in a row, dozens of flights at Heathrow and Gatwick have been cancelled due to snow and ice. Mysteriously, countries like Germany, Sweden, the US and others live with snow and ice, but the UK has not figured out how to function with the slightest bit of snow.
