Nepal Army cleaning Bagmati River for approaching Shiva Ratri Festival in Pashupatinath. Bagmati is the only holy river that flows along the Pashupatinath , the biggest Hindu Temple in Nepal. Thousands of Sadhus, devotes, and pilgrims visit Pashupatinath to worship God Shiva on the occasion of Shiva Ratri Festival "The Shiva's Night". Sadhu Babas take bath in the Holy River Bagmati on the occasion of the festival. Bagmati River is one of the most polluted rivers in Kathmandu. The flow of water is very less in the river due to the garbage thrown into the river. The festival is on coming Friday, 12th February.
