Sri Lanka's Defence Spokesman Minister Keheliya Rambukwella said Tuesday that defeated presidential candidate and former Army Commander (Rtd) Gen. Sarath Fonseka will be tried in a military court on charges of conspiring against incumbent President Mahinda Rajapaksa and planning a coup while being a member of the National Security Council. Minister denied claims made by Fonseka’s wife to media, that he was held incommunicado, after being arrested by Military Police Monday night
