"Le Plateau" is the business district center of Abidjan, former capital and economical heart of Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
The city, which is the largest city in the nation with approx. 4 millions inhabitants, and the third largest French speaking city in the World, stands on the shores of the Ebrie lagoon on several converging peninsulas and islands, currently connected by two bridges. Abidjan is also known to be a cultural hub of West Africa and its autonomous deep harbour.

Thanks for being the 1st to comment. Got that pictures from a light aircraft as their is an air route crossing the city. Best would be with a helicopter but it's not the same budget ;)
