The British Museum's Shah Abbas exhibit, sponsored by the Iran Heritage Foundation, is part of their 'World Leaders' series, and assembles carpets, swords, miniatures and manuscripts from the time of his reign.
The Sabah Ensemble was part of a day's long programme designed to encourage families into the exhibit, and to broaden the appeal of the British Museum itself.
The event was followed by an equally popular puppet show, in Farsi.
