Reaction to Catalan statute cut

After four years of deliberations, Spain's Constitutional Court has today ruled on the appeal on the constitutionality of the Catalonia Statute which was presented by the Popular Party.

The major parties have begun to react. In the pictures, Joan Puigcercós, president of ERC, the third political force in Catalonia, disagrees with the ruling and the reaction of his party. Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya requests that they exceed the autonomy process and start the journey to independence.
