The airplane landed. Many aircraft passengers applaud. Hardly the airplane been stopped, already the first aircraft passengers jumps of their seats. The queue of the travelers quite fast to the end of the airplane. Impatiently they wait that the door opens. So far, nothing unusual except that it perhaps takes a little longer than usual.
Then the announcement with the request for patience, since there are problems with the current supply of the door.

It is not even one week passed, since then in Amsterdam an airplane of this airline crashed. The reasons of the crash are not well-known yet. I think that the thought did not only go to me through the head, what would be if…
What would be if a power failure would have been as the airplane was still in the air? The next time I should also applaud the pilot when the airplane has landed safely.
