Con motivo al segundo festival Viva Nebrada que se realizará en Caracas Venezuela, un grupo de bailarines deciden tomar las diferentes plazas de la ciudad para presentar sus expresiones artísticas, en esta ocasión los transeúntes de Pérez Bonalde en la populosa parroquia de Catia fueron testigo de una inusual invitación al festival de danza que tomará como escenario las principales calles de la capital.
