The crew of the 58 year-old Indonesian academy ship Dewaruci, was so kind to let us have front row seats for the great fireworks display, which marks the end of the Tall Ships Race 2010 celebrations in Aalborg, Denmark.

They also gave us a brief tour around the ship and revealed what officers do in the spear time. Karaoke is a big hit in Indonesia and when you're several month at the sea, there's no better way to kill time, than by singing.

The crew also let us in the presidential suite, where former presidents and dictators of Indonesia have spent time during their stay on the ship. Now there's a photo of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, current president of Indonesia, hanging on the wall. The crew clearly shows their pride of their nation and their profession.

Since 1953, Dewaruci has been based in Surabaya, Indonesia.
