Thousands of exodus muslims traveling by motorbike from Bali resort island to Java to celebrate Eid-ul Fitri in Gilimanuk Harbor. Jembrana, Indonesia. 08/09/2010
Exodus of Muslims from Bali resort island by motorbike reach a high number of 14.000, as well as 18 thousand cars. 2 or 3 days before the end of Ramadan Month they travels to Java Island to celebrate Eid-ul Fitri in their hometown.
This year ahead the end of Ramadan predicted the number of vehicles crossing at Gilimanuk Harbor of Bali to Java will reach 3,6 millions travelers. Due to massive exodus, they have to queue for more than 6 hours from the gate of the harbor to enter into the ferry ships.

I'm surprised to see how popular the motorbike is as a mode of transport! Some very nice shots and strange to see so many people queue for a ferry on their bikes. I wish them all a safe journey
