Malaysia Muslims celebrate Eid al-Adha by slaughtering sheep, cows and camels to commemorate Abraham's willingness to sacrifice his son for God. Eid al-Adha falls on the tenth day of the final month of the Muslim year. Seremban, Malaysia. 17/11/2010
The Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha (Festival of Sacrifice), falls on the tenth day of Zulhijjah, the final month of the Muslim year. Malaysia Muslims celebrate Eid al-Adha commonly known as Qurbani by slaughter sheep, goats, cows and camels to commemorate Abraham's willingness to sacrifice his son for God. The meat will then be distributed to family, friends and the poor.
Eid al-Adha marks the end of the annual pilgrimage to the Saudi holy city of Mecca.
