Indian Cellular users grows to 729 Million

India's total number of cellular users grew to to 729.57 million according to official data revealed by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or TRAI (established 1997) is the independent regulator established by the Government of India to regulate the telecommunications business in India.
