A statue of Yuri Gagarin will go on display in London on April 12th to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first manned space flight. The statue is a gift from the Russian Space Agency to the British Council. It is currently situated in Moscow.
The statue of the first man in space, a gift from the Russian Space Agency to the British Council, will go on display in London in July to mark the 50th anniversary of the first manned space flight (April 12).
Before going to London, the statue is on display in the All-Russian Exhibition Centre Moscow, Russian Federation.
