March For England held a St. George's Day march through Brighton. Although originally planned to start at 11.30am, marchers were delayed by a small counter protest who had blocked the road along the route of the march.

March For England held a St. George's Day March through Brighton. The march was originally due to set off at 11.30 but was held up by a counter protest which had blocked the road they were dues to march down.

Setting off at 12.30, March For England took a short diversion to by-pass the now kettled counter protesters to Victoria Park

Despite various reports I have seen on the web I witnessed no violence, but all along the route the marchers were heckled by the counter protesters, and heckled them back.
