A May Day protest, including workers, trade unions and various other groups, marched against government austerity cuts in Nottingham.

Workers, unions and other various groups marched to celebrate May day and show their support and solidarity for workers and their rights worldwide.
Starting at Victoria park and the heading into the city centre for a series of speeches by various Union leaders and then marching back to Victoria park.
A samba band lead the protest and kept a party atmosphere through out.
All in all a good day had by all
