A June 26, but 16 years ago, Looby, sea lion, arrived at the Morelia zoo after being captured in their natural habitat.
To celebrate, the zoo authorities held a small birthday party for marine mammal, which received a cake of frozen fish as a gift.
Zoo managers admitted that they need to raise resources to improve the shelter of the sea lions, which needs more space and new bleachers for those attending the shows.
