Dubai camel race

Camel race is a really interesting and original thing. It seems to me that, you can see the whole beauty of Arabic world in it. The world of rich sheiks and arabic crazy excitement.
Every camel on the race track is a racing camel and it costs about 10 million dollars! Ferrari car average cost is about 250-300 thousand and it seems worthless stuff to compare. There are seven camels on the track in each round. And it`s not so hard to count – 230 Ferrari cars are running.
Here is another interesting fact. There are highways to both sides from the camel track. First road (inside the ring) is for owners of the camels and important guests. The other one (outside) is for fans. 30-40 jeeps are on the each when the race is ready to start. And all the jeeps have their own race – as soon as camels start to run, everyone start following them. And everybody wants to drive near the camels and everybody wants his camel to win. People forget that they are driving. They start to drive crazy, nearly crash each other. They start to lean out from the windows and shout as a support! Outrageous breach of all limits is on the roads now.
